I’d rather to be considered as an independent person. Simple yet complicated. I graduated from Padjadajaran University in 2002. I was a lawyer for almost 1,5 year in a good law firm in Jakarta before being employed by Nutrifood.

I love music, to hear, play and compose it. I love sports, especially football and squash. I love books…inspiring books. I love movies…meaningful movies. I love traveling…interesting places. I love eating…mouth watering meals. I made the below phrase several years ago…a little bit corny but well it depicted me very well I guess :p

“I’m a midfielder. I’am a deliver. I’m a defender and striker. I distribute the ball to every corner… To give courage for every player… I keep defensive when rival on fire… And I’ll be offensive to make them tire… I’ll be the wall that they can’t get in… I’ll be the pace for the game to keep on running… I am the purpose I am an aim… For the goal to get at the end of the game…”

I believe in Serendipity. I think we live from one Serendipity over another Serendipity..over and over again. Have you ever wondered why you have to meet your friends, colleagues, spouse or the company you work for in this world? Beside God’s destiny, but just admit that you met them all by chance, am I right? One of my best friends told me several years ago about this “By Chance” theory… whether it is pleasant or unpleasant. And I’ve been agreeing with his believed theory till now. That’s what I’ve been experiencing through the years with Nutrifood…

Currently I’m in Legal Department. Generally, I deal with all company’s legal matters from it’s A to its Z.The best part from my job is to keep the continuity of this company’s business through legal compliance and guarding company’ interest through legal advising.

Nutrifood different with others because It grooms people well… from zero to hero… it allows us to develop and grow & contributes well to the company… hand in hand in harmony J. Additionally, it gives cozy ambience to its employees and makes it a 2nd home. No matter far you’ll go… you will always miss it and for some people with some reason…to coming back home again :p.This company grow so fast than I can imagine… and hence… do you dare to compete with us?

Generally, my job description is select and recruit people to fill the vacancies. Ensure the right people in the right position. Being an HR Manager is an amazing experience for me. Meeting new people, fresh graduate from so many universities, makes me feel young forever, hehehe…

The best experience in Nutrifood is : THE MATES! It’s wrong if you said you will never have true friends in office, cause you can have true best friends here!

Nutrifood trust the employee, that makes it different with others. The management trust me, my integrity and my competency, that I can do so many projects. They support me a lot, so I can be not just a better employee, but a better person in general. Nutrifood trust that life should be balance, that’s why they always say that if you work hard, you can play hard too.

One thing for sure, one of my dreams is that I want to make new products. I was applied to Nutrifood because it’s one of the biggest own company in Indonesia, specialize in health foods. I was joined since October 23 2000, one month after I finished my undergraduate study.

Currently I’m in charge for QC and Laboratory Departement. Meeting a lot of peoples, having a team work with them and also developing new methods and procedures for analysis and inspection; those are the best part of my job.

I was in charge to developed and improved products with brand L-Men. It’s one of my best experience and achievement since the brand is still new and the one and only products category in Indonesia.

I think, Nutrifood very different with others because the values that Nutrifood have make the work atmosphere to be comfort and conducive for improvement.

I join Nutrifood since July 2001. I join Nutrifood because it’s a type of company that I want to work with. It’s a learning organization, have a warm & friendly working environment, respect a work-life balance, etc. Beside that I also love the vision of this company, “inspiring a nutritious life”, so I could take part in bringing a better life for everybody.

My job is to lead & manage the Information System shared service unit. I love this job since I could continuously make technology works & inspires the business. The best part of this job is to get in touch with the technology & business at the same time.

My best experience in Nutrifood is having the leaders put their trust in me. From the first time I join Nutrifood there are many occasions that they put their believe in me, even though I’m still a fresh graduate. They support my decisions, they help me to learn & embrace my leadership, skill & knowledge. A rare opportunity that not every company willing to give to their employees.

I have a great team and also smart, cheerful & friendly colleagues. I enjoy the time spend working & hang out with them. Not only because it’s fun but also because it challenges me to keep learning & improve my knowledge.

At the first time I joined in NFI it’s just for a simple reason thus I can get more chance to meet some new people especially girls hehe… But the learning has begun when I’m start working at area, NFI teach me how to bow and being humble, give me a chance to lead many people and the most important one is NFI give me a second home to go with the whole family inside.

I’m working at Promotion Department under National Business Unit of Nutrifood. 2 years in Nutrifood make me traveling to many places in Sumatera and Java and make me visit a brand new places in all around Indonesia, it’s so amazing when you meet new people, new places, and also new kind of foods. It’s also amazing when you meet different people and try to understand them in many ways. We are responsible for any Below the Line (BTL).

Promotion, so we directly face customers to sell our products and make sure they understand about our products. So far this department is the most challenging one, here I can learn manage many resources, learning lead some teams to achieve the goal, and also learning as a team player at the same time. With “Team work” as our keyword, we’re together building our dreams and helping people to live a longer healthier life.

Working in Nutrifood here in you can learn, work, traveling and feel the family warmth at the same time.My friends/partners are my brothers, without them is nearly impossible I still can proudly stand up here. The big brothers give me encouragement when I’m on a desperate struggle and show me a way going through the hard way. The little bro support me up by their fresh idea and good spirit to overcome every problem facing us. Thus I called them a FAMILY…

Nutrifood actively contacted the university, request the list of new graduates. Than they call me to join the selection process.

The most inspiring experience is when I have to learn and create ABC system to the factory in Bogor. A lot of things I have learn, especially the ABC concepts and implementations, and sharing experiences with people from the factory.

My job in Costing Dept is creating reports and analysis related with internal decision making. Beside that, I do provide HPP to Nutrifood products with ABC concepts. The interest thing is those reports was made by ourselves. That’s why its so flexible, customized (different with usual accounting report). So we can improve and learn a lot about the process. And those reports are used to make internal decision related with the product.

The first company I apply is NFI. I know NFI from my frenz in uni. Some of my alumni (ITP) work in here becoz NFI is a company that produce food. I remember when I graduate there are a few vacancy in here like key account, RnD, finance, etc. actually I’m not a lab person type so I don’t wanna be put in RnD even though that’s where my competency is used. I’m type a person who likes to try new stuff ( like going to a new hang out plaze, try new food, watch new movie, meet new frenz) and like other girls, I love shopping but right now I usually do window shopping hehehe. Well, after some stage of test, like psycho test, interview for view times, I finally get my job. I’m so happy coz they put me in key account coz its just type of job that I wanna do.

My daily job in key account is to help the communication between our principle (marketing) and the outlet. Well, that is some fun part of my job coz I can meet new people but there isn’t always fun coz u just can expect people to do things as u please. The hardest part of my job is when I have deadline for my job but sometimes I just can get it done on time coz my job is connected to a lot of people. But when I done something as I want, I feels so satisfied and it even give me more spirit. Another things I luv bout my job is the people who works with me. I think I can’t ask more coz the people in my team are so helpful, since my first day they helped me a lot coz for me my job is new for me and when I felt down there always cheers me up and help me to find the solution for my trouble.
