  1. What is Nutrifood Leadership Award 2011?

    2. Nutrifood Leadership Award is an awarding event for future leaders in Indonesia from Nutrifood as its social corporate responsibility.
    Nutrifood Leadership Award 2011 is firstly established as Leadership Scholarship, since 2006.
    Until now, alumnus of Nutrifood Leadership Award has work on national or international company and NGO, becoming entrepreneur and social-entrepreneur, and continuing their study in Indonesia or overseas. They are pursuing their passion and try to be the real leaders in each of their fields of work.

  2. What is the meaning of Nutrifood Leadership Award 2011 theme?
    Nutrifood Leadership Award 2011 theme is “Turn Ideas Into Movement Through Social Media”.
    Having such a rapid growth of its young users, social media – Facebook and Twitter – is one of powerful tools to initiate changes.
    Many movements have started in social media and lead to positive changes.
    We challenge students as agents of change to create a social movement in the social media (and offline movement too) of his/her ideas to show his/her leadership quality.
  3. What are the requirements to join Nutrifood Leadership Award 2011?
    • Undergraduate student with a minimum of 2010 batch, with min. GPA of 3.00
    • Exhibits leadership potential in organization
    • Possesses excellent communication skill, winning spirit, and teamwork capabilities
    • Is willing to initiate change by leading a movement through social media
  4. How is the registration procedure of Nutrifood Leadership Award 2011?
    • Fill this online form: online registration registration is closed
    • We will contact you soon by phone/e-mail if you are selected to join audition within 2 weeks after the registration is closed

  5. How is the selection mechanism of Nutrifood Leadership Award 2011?
    • We will select registrants from online registration and invite selected registrants to join audition.
    • In auditions, we will choose 10 semifinalists per audition city.
    • From all semifinalists, we will choose 25 finalists for quarantine and final round selection in Jakarta.
    • As a part of quarantine, 25 chosen finalists will make a movement project in social media both online and offline as evaluation for the judges.
    • In quarantine and final round, finalists will present their projects in front of judges. Finalists will also participate in leadership and social media training class.
    • Quarantine and final round selection will be held in Jakarta. Judges decisions can not be contested.
  6. When and where Nutrifood Leadership Award 2011 will be held?
    This year, Nutrifood Leadership Award will seek future leaders that will lead movement in social media.
    Registration will be open until September 10th 2011 (you can fill online registration form here: Registration Online registration is closed).We will held auditions in 4 big cities for selected registrants:

    Quarantine and final will be held in Jakarta on Early November 2011.

  7. How many participants that will receive award?
    Assessment on the initial selection phase (to determine the participants who qualify for the audition) is (1) terms and conditions and (2) points from online registration.
    Assessment on the audition (to determine the participants who qualify as semifinalists per audition) is points in public speaking and expressing opinion.
    Assessment on semifinal (to determine the participants who qualify for the quarantine and final round) will be the authority of judges by depth interview and total score in audition.
    Assessment on quarantine and final stage (to determine the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd winner) is the project presentation and also the leadership quality.
    Favorite winner will be picked through voting on website.
  8. What and how is the assessment criteria of Nutrifood Leadership Award 2011?
    Finalists will make online and offline movement project as evaluation for judges. Finalists will also participate in leadership and social media training class.
  9. If I am selected to be finalist, what will I do on quarantine?
    If the finalists already have a movement in social media, finalists can held a follow-up to develop the movement (it is not a must to create a new movement).
  10. How if I have already lead movement on social media?
    If the finalists already have a movement in social media, finalists can conduct a follow-up projects to develop the movement (it is not a must to create a new movement).
  11. How about accommodation and transportation during Nutrifood Leadership Award 2011?
    Accommodation and transportation during the audition rounds are borne by the participants, while the accommodation and transportation during quarantine and final round will be borne entirely by PT. Nutrifood Indonesia.
  12. Can I choose to have audition in city which my campus is not located at that audition city?
    It is recommended to choose the closest audition in which the participants’ campus located. Basically it is not forbidden to choose an audition in which participants’ campus is not located in.
    These are suggestion to choose audition:

    Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi, and Banten Jakarta
    Bandung and other cities around West Java Bandung
    Yogyakarta, Semarang, Solo, Salatiga, Purwokerto, and other cities around Central Java Yogayakarta
    Surabaya, Malang, Madiun, and other cities around East Java Surabaya

    Participants whose his/her campus is located outside these areas are welcome to choose the closest audition.

  13. If I am unable to attend audition in audition city that I choose, can I join in another audition city?
    If you are unable to attend audition in audition city that you choose, you can still join in another audition city. Please tell us by filling this form http://bit.ly/pindahkotaaudisi
  14. If I failed in one audition city, can I join another audition city?
    Participant that fail in one audition city automatically cannot join another audition city because the registration system is only open once.
  15. Can I register in more than one audition city?
    Participant is not allowed to register in more than one audition city. Participants are welcome to choose nearest audition city.
