At the first time I joined in NFI it’s just for a simple reason thus I can get more chance to meet some new people especially girls hehe… But the learning has begun when I’m start working at area, NFI teach me how to bow and being humble, give me a chance to lead many people and the most important one is NFI give me a second home to go with the whole family inside.

I’m working at Promotion Department under National Business Unit of Nutrifood. 2 years in Nutrifood make me traveling to many places in Sumatera and Java and make me visit a brand new places in all around Indonesia, it’s so amazing when you meet new people, new places, and also new kind of foods. It’s also amazing when you meet different people and try to understand them in many ways. We are responsible for any Below the Line (BTL).

Promotion, so we directly face customers to sell our products and make sure they understand about our products. So far this department is the most challenging one, here I can learn manage many resources, learning lead some teams to achieve the goal, and also learning as a team player at the same time. With “Team work” as our keyword, we’re together building our dreams and helping people to live a longer healthier life.

Working in Nutrifood here in you can learn, work, traveling and feel the family warmth at the same time.My friends/partners are my brothers, without them is nearly impossible I still can proudly stand up here. The big brothers give me encouragement when I’m on a desperate struggle and show me a way going through the hard way. The little bro support me up by their fresh idea and good spirit to overcome every problem facing us. Thus I called them a FAMILY…

Nutrifood actively contacted the university, request the list of new graduates. Than they call me to join the selection process.

The most inspiring experience is when I have to learn and create ABC system to the factory in Bogor. A lot of things I have learn, especially the ABC concepts and implementations, and sharing experiences with people from the factory.

My job in Costing Dept is creating reports and analysis related with internal decision making. Beside that, I do provide HPP to Nutrifood products with ABC concepts. The interest thing is those reports was made by ourselves. That’s why its so flexible, customized (different with usual accounting report). So we can improve and learn a lot about the process. And those reports are used to make internal decision related with the product.

The first company I apply is NFI. I know NFI from my frenz in uni. Some of my alumni (ITP) work in here becoz NFI is a company that produce food. I remember when I graduate there are a few vacancy in here like key account, RnD, finance, etc. actually I’m not a lab person type so I don’t wanna be put in RnD even though that’s where my competency is used. I’m type a person who likes to try new stuff ( like going to a new hang out plaze, try new food, watch new movie, meet new frenz) and like other girls, I love shopping but right now I usually do window shopping hehehe. Well, after some stage of test, like psycho test, interview for view times, I finally get my job. I’m so happy coz they put me in key account coz its just type of job that I wanna do.

My daily job in key account is to help the communication between our principle (marketing) and the outlet. Well, that is some fun part of my job coz I can meet new people but there isn’t always fun coz u just can expect people to do things as u please. The hardest part of my job is when I have deadline for my job but sometimes I just can get it done on time coz my job is connected to a lot of people. But when I done something as I want, I feels so satisfied and it even give me more spirit. Another things I luv bout my job is the people who works with me. I think I can’t ask more coz the people in my team are so helpful, since my first day they helped me a lot coz for me my job is new for me and when I felt down there always cheers me up and help me to find the solution for my trouble.

Hmmm.. I can say that I have persistent personalities. I prefer to working with other peoples than just working behind the desk. That’s so boring. Hehe..
I like to analyze and design something, and also like to learn new things. That’s interesting!!

I’ve been joined with Nutrifood since February 2007 in System Integration Division. I joined Nutrifood, because Nutrifood not only has so many brands that familiar but also has positive brand image, so I decided to join with Nutrifood.

In my 1st day, Nutrifood introduced me to almost of all employees. They were very kind and open minded person. When I was doing my 1st tasks, I little bit confused of what should I do, but with Nutrifood guidance, it disappeared in rows with time.

Nutrifood is the company that trust its employees even though they new comers and they don’t have any experiences before. So, as a new comer, we must initiate our own tasks even we have some guidance.

My tasks in Nutrifood are about process designing and system auditing, especially for ISO 9000 and ISO 22000. Since I’ve been working in Nutrifood, the unforgettable thing was being a part of teams to develop ISO 22000 as a food safety standard in Nutrifood. From it, I have studied so many things. It was my first experience that developing new standard in Nutrifood.

Nutrifood is very inspiring company not only for its products, but also for its culture and working atmosphere. Nutrifood has enjoyable working places, friendly employees, flexible working costumes, and also fun healthy sports.

So why don’t we join with Nutrifood…??

In my last semester in the university, I started to find a job by browsing some companies that produce my favorite product I used to use at home. I had known Nutrifood’s product since I were a little child because my grandfather use TS Sweetener. From the company profile I recognized that Nutrifood always provide a healthy product, and it pulls me up to apply as a Nutrifood’s member. Honestly, Nutrifood is the first and only company that I apply to, and I never regret my decision to join this company.

Nutrifood means healthy, innovative, and friendly for me in the first impression.I will never forget my first day in a formal work in Nutrifood. As a new employee, I felt nausea, nervous, and excited in the same time. I was very shocked when I stepped in my working area. Everybody was sitting together and they gave me a very warm welcome greeting. I felt like I am a child that was coming home. The hospitality they offered me at that time is very wonderful. After that, only excitement left in my mind to start my work here, in Nutrifood.

I joined Nutrifood in Quality Management Department. We are responsible to make sure that all products from Nutrifood, from every batch we produce meet the high standards set by us according to the Indonesian government and world organizations requirement. We make sure that our products always inspire all of our customers everywhere they are for a better life.

I found that the work is very challenging, especially when we have to meet the ISO 17025 requirements for our laboratory. It’s completely the work of our wonderful team in the department that finally we can complete all of the requirements and certified as a competent Laboratory in February 2008.

Then, I moved to Global Business Division where my jobs are to market and develop Africa area, especially Nigeria. It was a very wonderful moment I could remember in my life when Nutrifood offers me this opportunity. I could imagine what Nutrifood could do in Nigeria. We could inspire Nigerians a nutritious life by providing them nutritious foods and beverages.

Now, I face the challenge of a real world accompanied by a high motivated team we have here. As time goes by, we keep finding how amazing it is to work with people from different cultures and how happy it is when finally we can create our new mixed-culture to make sure that our mission together is achieved.

In Nutrifood, Everyday is a learning process for us
